God's presence is here, don't miss it!

Creator God,

Ever present in our world

thank you for the gifts

and surprises you reveal each day.

For each new flower that opens, a burst of

colour and fragrance and beauty..

for the bird song, each unique and full of joy,

the sunshine appearing through the clouds

and the rain that replenishes the dry earth.

How amazing to sit and witness the bees collecting pollen

and butterflies hovering - offering hope..

to have time to give thanks for tomatoes ripening on the vine,

for edible flowers and plants.

Thank you for all the wonders that we often

can't comprehend, the detail, intricacy and splendour

of the natural world around us that we are often too

busy to notice and yet reveal your glory in abundance.

We only witness in our lifetime just a fraction of the

goodness of your Kingdom on earth,

help us always to never take for granted the gifts you

freely give, to stop, listen, look, smell and rejoice in the

joys of knowing your presence all around us.
